Exciting Developments at Boiling Point Pictures

It's been an incredibly productive few months at Boiling Point Pictures, with our latest feature film approaching completion and an exciting new venture taking us into the world of interactive entertainment.

OTHER YOU – Entering the Final Stages of Post-Production

Our ambitious sci-fi feature Other You is rapidly approaching the finish line.

With sound design now complete by Craig Jansson and the team at Melbourne's LEVEL 23, the film has moved into its final sound mixing stage with Peter Purcell and the team at Pow Wow Studios in Sydney, Australia. Meanwhile, the extensive visual effects work is also nearing completion, marking another major milestone in what has been an intricate and technically demanding post-production process.

We're now looking towards November for the film's final colour grade with Antonio, where the finishing touches will bring the visual world of Other You together.

After years of development, production and post-production, it's incredibly rewarding to see the film taking its final shape. We're looking forward to sharing more as we approach completion.

INTRODUCING STARWING SUPREME – A NEW CHAPTER IN GAMING

We've also been expanding our creative horizons with the launch of Boiling Point Interactive, our new division dedicated to video game development.

Our first title, Starwing Supreme, is a fast-paced, action-packed space shooter that draws inspiration from the golden age of arcade gaming while embracing modern technology and contemporary gameplay.

Featuring intense interstellar combat, diverse enemies, evolving challenges and immersive environments, Starwing Supreme is designed to deliver the excitement of classic arcade action with a fresh, modern approach.

Development is well underway, with a planned release in early 2027. Below is an example of some of the weapon systems on the crafts.

LOOKING AHEAD

From the final stages of Other You to the creation of our first video game, it's an exciting period of growth and creative exploration for Boiling Point Pictures.

We're continuing to push the boundaries of what can be achieved through independent production, embracing new technologies while remaining focused on what matters most — compelling storytelling and engaging entertainment.

There's plenty more happening behind the scenes, and we look forward to sharing what's next.

Stay tuned!
